The stay included a great location bustling with various pubs and restaurants, making it convenient for dining options. Unfortunately, the room condition was less than satisfactory, with dirty carpets and a poorly maintained shower. The lack of basic amenities like toilet roll and insufficient staff presence at night contributed to a very disappointing experience.

the manager was super nice and the location was good. our group had fun even tho we were stuck in that place. the bar area was lively and we found it cozy. nice beds for the night we got to sleep a bit.
the room was tiny n dirty with water from the shower light, it felt dangerous, we couldn't sleep good. also, they took our money too early and we couldn't get a refund.

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly upon arrival. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was subpar, with dirty carpets and a shower tray that clearly needed attention. the room felt cramped, limiting wardrobe access and creating an uncomfortable sleeping environment due to a noisy bed that moved across the floor.

Being on a short getaway with friends, we found the location perfect for exploring local attractions. Despite the cozy bar area, we were disappointed with our small and somewhat dirty room that had an issue with water leaking from a light in the shower. Thankfully, the manager was very friendly, and we had a lively time together, which helped make the most of our stay.

Charming and Comfortable Stay
I had a delightful experience during my stay, especially enjoying the elegant decor and well-thought-out amenities in my room. The central location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and local pubs, which added to the overall charm of the visit. On the downside, I found the shower facilities could use some maintenance to enhance the experience further.

Great spot in the center!
Needed a night in West Malling and we were super happy here! Our room was stylish and comfy, really liked all the little touches. The bar area was a nice place to chill. Only thing? The noise from the pub next door can get pretty loud at night. Would definitely recommend this place if you're staying in town.

Decent spot with a few quirks
I spent a night here and the vibe was more like a pub than a hotel. The room was cozy tho, and the shower was refreshing. The staff were friendly, which was nice. Just wish the music downstairs didn’t shake my room so much. Oh, and parking was a hassle. Still, a decent option!
